excessive noiseturbine noise
the room i stayed in should have been taken out of service!!! noise from the ventilation turbines both outside and inside the room made it impossible for us to sleep. i had stayed in other rooms in this hotel before and that was not the case.

charmed by every detail!

i was charmed by the very quiet room. i stayed across from the lifts and didn't hear anything, amazing! the staff was very pleasant and efficient, always happy to help. i also pre-booked dinner at the cafe imperial, and the food and wine were AMAZING!!!
the sauna area was quite small with only three loungers. the fitness room looks a bit old. i was expecting a little more honestly.

hallway noisehigh mini-bar prices
I was quite disappointed with a couple of things. first, the lack of soundproofing was a major issue. i could hear noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms very clearly. also, the mini-bar prices were excessively high. A small bottle of water cost almost as much as a meal in a local restaurant. i found it quite inconvenient.
